HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Shipping is dependent on the carrier. We partner with USPS and UPS to deliver our packages. Currently shipments are being delayed due to the high volume of packages. If you have a deadline feel free to email us at info@bridalrobes.com for questions. 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, at this time we are unable to ship outside of the U.S.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?
We are sorry to hear that and want to make it right! Please contact us at info@bridalrobes.com during our business hours and we will be happy to process an immediate replacement order for you. 
DO YOU TAKE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?
We are unable to take returns. However, please contact us and we can make an exchange for you for all un-personalized items. 
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, once we receive an order we begin to process it immediately. Therefore, we cannot cancel after placing an order. 
DO YOU HAVE A SIZING GUIDE?
Absolutely! Each item has a sizing guide that can be used as a reference when placing an order!
